Gearbox questions
- Do you tune every automatic?
- No. Support is platform-specific (many DSG and some ZF units, others case-by-case). Send the exact vehicle and we will confirm.
- Should I do gearbox and engine together?
- Often yes if we are raising torque. Sometimes the stock gearbox map is still the safer choice. We quote that honestly.
- Do you cover Eastbourne and Coventry?
- Yes. Those are the two bases, plus surrounding Sussex and Midlands postcodes. Check coverage or call 07342 340449.
- Will it make the gearbox last less?
- An aggressive map on a tired box is a bad idea. We assess use-case and condition first. If the box is already complaining, we stop.
